Jacqueline Keogh joined Western Union Business Solutions in 2016, and brings a wealth of experience building and growing international businesses within Transaction Banking and Commercial Banking.
As a financial services executive Jacqueline’s strength lies in consistently delivering business growth by leveraging extensive banking experience, industry contacts and client knowledge, along with direct expertise in product development, sales performance, and management of external environment.
Prior to joining Western Union Business Solutions Jacqueline held executive committee roles at Lloyds Banking Group, and Standard Chartered Bank where she achieved double digit growth for three consecutive years
Jacqueline has also spent 11 years in a variety of senior roles at SWIFT. During this time she gained extensive and diverse product management experience including real-time cash management, payments exceptions and investigations, bulk payments, foreign exchange and derivative netting and matching products.
During her tenure at SWFT Jacqueline managed a multi-year program to deliver an industry transformational solution, the Bank Payment Obligation, and the underlying technology infrastructure, the Trade Services Utility.
